Along with an extensive background in account service, Nordan gradually became his own creative director for all of his campaigns. The overwhelmingly strong results of those campaigns (email, direct mail and web design) prove this was a good thing. Nordan agonizes over every detail, from the all-important tone to the overall look and feel of each piece.
